Itinerary

EMBARK – DEPART 6:00PM

Copenhagen is known as a city of spires: The skyline of its medieval core is punctuated by the steeples of churches and towers of palaces, though a modern building boom has overtaken other parts of the city.

Spend the day sailing in style aboard your boutique hotel at sea. Indulge in a treatment at Sanctum Spa, stay ship shape with a class at our fitness center, or lounge the day away on our sunny pool deck.In the evening, savor inspired Italian cuisine at Aqualina, or relish in a classic steakhouse experience at Prime C. Plus, you’ll find plenty of exciting evening entertainment, from thrilling shows at Cabaret Lounge to intimate performances in the Living Room.

This little known area of Europe is an archipelago of 18 islands, where Viking settlers are said to have established their parliament here in 825 with Torshavn as the capital, which it has remained ever since.

Nestled within a deep fjord and surrounded by dramatic snow-capped mountains lies Seyðisfjörður—a quirky, charming enclave on Iceland’s eastern coast. One of the most historically and architecturally interesting towns in East Iceland, Seyðisfjörður is home to a community of colorful wooden buildings dating back to the 19th century, and a quick stroll through town to take them in is a must.

Set on the shores of one of Iceland’s most spectacular fjords, with a backdrop of countryside earth tones and greens and perennially snow-capped mountains, the quaint city of Akureyri is quite a sight to behold.

Skagafjordur is one of the most historically important districts in Iceland and a sprawling valley of snow-streaked mountains, staggering glaciers, and smiling locals.

When we take you on a dramatic journey across Ísafjarðardjúp Bay to Ísafjörður, Iceland, you’ll experience a lot more day, thanks to long summer days with nearly 24-hours of sunlight. Wander around the charming grid of the Old Town, with its 18th century timber buildings that harken back to days of tall ships and whaling crews. Ísafjörður is a dramatic location that’s the perfect home base for exploring this incredible area.

Carved from fire and ice, Reykjavik is a city of contrasts at the edge of the world. Plus, its natural beauty is beyond breathtaking.

Born from volcanoes and forever at their mercy, Heimaey is a small fishing village with an intriguing history, incredible natural beauty to explore on land and sea, and home to the world’s largest puffin colony.

At Sea

Skagen is one of Denmark’s main fishing ports, a cute little get-away destination with lovely beaches that drew the attention of artists in the late 19th century due to its wild landscape and quality of light.
